I thought I was being original doing a retro sexy beach party, but others had the same idea, hehe. Oh well.

This is not done yet .... I could probably spend at least a few more hours on it - and I will - but .... I gots other homework to do .... so this is it for now :D

Gar, I just haven't been drawing enough to be capable of doing my own designs lately (recent attempts have produced copious amounts of lame!), so um, yeah, I did some copy-off-the-screen exercises to warm up my drawing hand. I will post original stuff when they start looking decent again, hehe, but I wanted to update with something today (been so long).

Ironic that Hook's on the page with all the animal characters... Yar, me like Prince John's square head structure, fun

Markers!

I was playing with markers today at ... work ... And yeah, 1st one's a random 50's chick, cuz 50's dresses are sooo pretty and fun (plus a clean-ish version beside it), and the 2nd one's Gainsborough's Pinkie, stylized (and by memory ... so not completely accurate) I messed up the eyes completely, but marker mistakes are permanent so I couldn't fix em ;_;

And a few life drawings that looked decent enough, considering how little practice I've been getting ...

I was flipping through last semester's sketchbook and thought I'd post a few I like, and might like to fix & finish if I ever get around to it:

First, random girl .... I like it cuz it's purty, but I needs to fix the icky anatomy flaws sometime.... and I'm sure she'd appreciate another hand.

Book-version of Howl, doodled while watching Howl's Moving Castle. Oh yeah. And a nose.

These guys were doodled separately, but I thought they looked good together ... the odd couple kinda thing. (I've been told she looks a bit like 355 from Y: The Last Man) I need to draw more dreads.

Here's my version of one of Emily's Blue Sky Dining characters ^_^ I drew this a few weeks ago, when I was busy drawing everyone else's characters ... but not my own ... (which was fun, but not a good idea) So, designed by Emily, posed by me :D

Got my files off the school's network today, so might as well post the whole thing. The colours are different on every monitor I view them on, so hopefully you're lucky and have the good stuff 0_0 (it's sloppy and needs to be redone anyway)

And, um, prop design .... it's not an accident that this one's tiny ....
